Bold Mindset Marketing · Effective date: August 18, 2026

Bold Mindset Marketing ("Bold Mindset", "we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (boldmindset.co) and in the course of providing our services, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: when you contact us or request a free marketing analysis, we collect the details you submit: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message.
  • Information collected automatically: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring pages, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
  • Client engagement data: when you become a client, we collect the business information needed to deliver our services (account access you authorize, campaign assets, performance data, and lead records).

2. How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • To deliver, measure, and improve marketing campaigns for our clients;
  • To operate and improve our website;
  • To send you communications you have consented to receive (you can withdraw consent at any time);
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.

3. Advertising platform data

In providing advertising management services, we access client advertising account data (such as campaign settings, performance reports, and lead form submissions) through official platform interfaces, including the Google Ads API and the LinkedIn Marketing APIs. This access is granted by our clients, used solely on their behalf and under their direction, and limited to what is required to deliver the contracted services (campaign management, reporting, and lead handling).

We handle this data in accordance with each platform's applicable terms, including the LinkedIn Marketing API Program terms and Google Ads API policies. We do not use platform data for any purpose other than serving the client that owns it, we do not combine it across clients, and we do not disclose it to third parties except service providers necessary to deliver our services. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and data is retained only for the duration required by the engagement.

4. Leads generated through client campaigns

When individuals submit their information through advertising campaigns we manage (for example, a lead form on an ad), that information belongs to the client on whose behalf the campaign is run. We process it only to deliver it to that client and support their follow-up. Questions about how a specific business uses your information should be directed to that business.

5. Sharing

We share personal information only with: service providers that help us operate (such as website hosting, email, and analytics providers), professional advisors where necessary, and authorities where required by law. Providers are bound to use the information only to provide their services to us.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses essential cookies for basic functionality and may use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with non-essential cookies disabled.

7. Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

8. International transfers

Some of our service providers process data outside Quebec and outside Canada (for example, in the United States). Where information leaves Quebec, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection consistent with applicable law, including Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25).

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask that it be corrected, withdraw your consent to its use, or request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
